I keep a Travel, Language, and Culture blog that I started back in the summer of 2014. I chronicle my adventures around the world and offer my unique perspective on life and culture. I write about my struggles and victories in learning new languages and the little quirks of language that I find amusing. I also write about the food that I encounter in foreign lands and the deliciousness of them as they enter my digestive system. Occasionally, I'll write about something random just for fun.
All of the workouts we do are scalable and can be done by anyone. Even a 3 year-old or a 70 year-old who just had hip surgery. We focus on improving fuctional movements that will make us better at everyday life.
